How To Use
SPIROWORLD straps are an easy-to-use recovery tool designed for convenience and portability, allowing you to take them with you as you tackle your goals and challenges. For daily use to enhance recovery after training sessions or exercise, it’s recommended to wrap the SPIROWORLD straps at a perceived 80% stiffness and wear them for 15-20 minutes. You can do this after exercise and as often as desired to notice improvements in recovery.
The beauty of SPIROWORLD straps is their versatility - use them anytime, anywhere. Whether you're at a café after your run club, relaxing in front of the TV, or even while travelling, the straps can be incorporated seamlessly into your routine.
It’s important to note that the straps should not be worn at maximum stiffness for extended periods, as this could cause discomfort. Always ensure the compression level feels comfortable and supportive. You'll start to feel the difference after your first use.
SPIROWORLD straps offer a diverse range of uses and can be applied to various areas of the body for optimal recovery. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to use them on your calves.
SPIROWORLD LOWER LEG EXAMPLE
Step 1: Hold SPIROWORLD
Hold one SPIROWORLD strap
Step 2: Unwrap SPIROWORLD
Unroll SPIROWORLD strap completely before use, ensuring it is flat and ready to be wrapped around lower leg.
Step 3: Start at the Ankle
Place the end of the strap at the bottom of your ankle. Begin wrapping upward, ensuring it covers the skin evenly.
TIP: unrolled straps will have a natural curve, indicating the correct side to strap
Step 4: Wrap Up the Leg
Continue wrapping the strap up your leg, making sure to overlap each layer slightly for full coverage.
Step 5: Apply Compression
Adjust the strap to compress at about 80% of your perceived tightness. It should feel firm but not too tight. If it feels uncomfortable, loosen it slightly.
Step 6: Secure with Velcro
Once you’ve reached your desired area, secure the strap by overlapping the Velcro for a snug fit.
Step 7: Rest and Relax
Do the same on other side. Then, keep SPIROWORLD on for 15-20 minutes to allow the compression to work effectively.
Step 8: Remove and Store
After, remove the strap, roll it back up, and store it for future use.
TIP:
Fasten Velcro when strap is unwrapped, this will help prevent snagging when wrapping up leg - do the same when unwrapping - it keeps the strap in the best condition.
